I was recommended by a friend to call this company about a house I purchased during covid. Clint was extremely polite in his dealings with me and was VERY thorough in his inspection. He provided a comprehensive and easy to understand, online report and pointed out a number of costly items that thankfully I was able to get the seller to fix. I would not hesitate to recommend this guy for any home inspection needs. I have heard about other places that offer to do inspections very cheaply, but when you are dropping hundreds of thousands of dollars on a place, it's worth it to get a reputable outfit. Thumbs up for Clint!
